Each piece created at our studio is a result of time, intention, and handcraft. No two works are identical, and slight variations are part of their character and authenticity.
Returns
Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and images before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
After review, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement (if possible)
- A repair solution
- A partial or full refund (depending on the case)
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- Item arrives damaged beyond repair
- Wrong item received
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the creation or processing of your piece may have already begun, and cancellation will not be possible.
